Admission to LKG
Registration for admissions to LKG classes starts on the first day of Navrathri Pooja every year.

Once registered, a date for reporting for admission will be given and the child should be brought to school by the parents preferably both the parents with all the documents listed below. No entrance test is conducted for admission to KG classes however the child’s motor skills will be assessed

The child must have completed 3 years on 31st March of the year in which the child will be entering Pre-KG.

Admission to Classes I to VIII
Admission to classes I to VIII is done only if seats are available as per CBSE Regulations. If more registrations are received for admission than the available seats, admission will be given based on a written test.

Admission to classes IX, X and XII
No admission is given for students from other schools to classes IX to XII, however, such requests will be considered from transfer cases from other districts or states and such admission will be purely based on the academic performance of the student.

Admission to XI
Admission to class XI is reserved for students of Gangothri English Medium School only and requests from students of other schools will be considered under special circumstances like transfer of parents and/ or outstanding performance by the child in class X. The school reserves the right to allot various subject combinations at the senior secondary level to students based on their performance in concerned subjects in class X.
